As Director of Client Relations, Janet's number one priority is the client. She leads the team in all client service responsibilities and facilitates the smooth-running of the team. She strives to provide concierge level service to the clients and follow-through in a timely manner. Prior to joining Barry's team in 2011, Janet worked in management for nearly a decade before staying home and raising her two children. She met Barry on the Norfolk Little League Baseball fields and joined his coaching staff by becoming his team parent for several years. Barry recognized her managerial and organizational skills and asked her to join his growing team.
Janet resides in Norfolk with her husband John and two children, Nick and Natalie.
